Mormon Legacy Ministries is pleased to invite you to a free in-depth study into American History with Dave Sanders, Host of the Mormon Renegade Podcast.

Many things have been written about the Republic of the United States of America that have fallen short to adequately express the true genius of the Founding Fathers and the system of government that has been gifted to us and the entire world. One part of that genius is that despite what many modern day Constitutional Scholars have to say about it, our nation's founding principles and documents are pretty simple. Unlike other texts on the subject the book The 5,000 Year Leap by W.Cleon Skousen lays out with clarity the original intent and plan of The United States system of government.

The book is divided into two sections. The first section covers how our government is structured. The second part deals with the twenty-eight principles behind our Founding Documents illuminating why our government is structured the way it is. The beauty of the book is in its straightforward manner in which the principles are expressed allowing its content to be grasped at any depth making this book ideal for both adults and young adults down to the age of twelve years old.

The class will be directed by Dave Sanders but the book and its contents lends itself towards a more discussion based format so come ready to share your insights from your previous week's reading. The class will start on Monday January 12th at 7:00 P.M. Central and will be held every Monday at 7:00 P.M. Central until the class’s end. All classes will be held via Zoom.
